All team members are required to work from Monday to Saturday, except for Second Saturday.
The office timings are from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm. Lunch break is from 1:00 PM to 2:00 pm. It is mandatory for everyone to sign in the attendance register and thru the bio metric recorder (@ HO) daily. The field staff has to share their Daily Plan as per defined process.
Coming late to office for four times will be equal to one day’s Loss of Pay. Late Coming Computation is as below.
• Fifteen minutes’ grace time would be allowed after 09:30 • Any time after 09:45 till 10:30 would be considered as Late coming • Arrival after 10:30 till 01:30 would be treated as half day. • Any time after the above-mentioned timings would be considered as a full day leave Team Members will be provided with food (Snacks) on extra working hours and other occasions where food would not be readily available or accessible. Coffee and Tea will be made available even on weekends and other holidays too on prior intimation to Administration team. Holidays: There are 10 National & 4 Optional Holidays per year.
