Rewards & Recognition. The Ripple Group will reward and recognize team members who have demonstrated exceptional work and behaviour. Individual and team contributions which have had a significant impact needs to be shared, showcase and rewarded.
Some of the areas included under Rewards & Recognition are: • Increases in compensation and benefits on account of promotions/grade change/position enhancement • Rewards in cash/kind for specific actions/behaviour/efforts and contribution/results • Public and sometimes even personal recognition/appreciation for desirable actions/behaviour/efforts and contribution/results. The Human Resources department will roll out various Rewards and Recognition initiatives from time to time.
Ripple Annual Meet (RAM) Ripple Annual Meet is multi day annual event where all Team Members of the Ripple Family come together. This is the platform where the performance, progress, future plans and new initiatives of the various teams mainly, sales, technical and marketing are presented, discussed and shared. Apart from the above Team Members with outstanding contributions in their respective areas are rewarded for their outstanding contributions. One of the most Popular & Prestigious Award which is eagerly looked forward to by all is the “Star Sales Performer” Award. RAM is also a platform where new products, services and initiatives are introduced. RAM also is an opportunity for all the Team Members to take part in Team Building , Recreational and Fun Activities.
Service Awards Team Member service awards are constituted to reward, appreciate and Honour employees working with the company for more than three years. The Employees selected will be presented the awards at a national event in front of all the Ripple Family as per below.
