Leave Leave is not a matter of right. Sanctioning of leave is at Management discretion based on exigencies of business or seriousness of the case. Leave is granted to Team members with the good intention of providing rest, recuperation of health and for fulfilling social obligations. Key points regarding Leave usage are below.
• Leave year is from 1st April to 31st March. Eligible leave is credited to the employees at the end of every month.
• All the leaves need prior approval from their respective reporting Team Lead. • It is the responsibility of the employee to submit the leave approval mail/message to the HR 2 days prior to going on leave.
• There is no provision of leave encashment during employment tenure.
