Key Steps in Sourcing & Selection • The Sourcing of candidature is done through numerous channels like posting on job portals, internal Team Member’s references, advertisements, college campuses, Internal Notifications, etc. • The screening is done using a candidate assessment sheet wherever possible and will be used along for the next level of selection process. • In case the Interviews are a Head Office an Interview Panel consisting of the Team Lead, Head of Department and the Human Resources lead take the interview. • In case of outstation candidature the local Team Lead / Senior Team Member will have an interaction with the candidate and provide inputs. The Department Lead will have another round of interview either during a visit or on Telephone and provide their inputs to the Human Resources Team. • The Directors take the final round and provide instructions/guidance on the offer to be given. If required the Human Resources will negotiate on the Terms and Conditions. • Based on the decision during the final round the offer is generated and emailed to the candidate. If required the candidate is contact and spoken to on phone. • Depending on the position the key conditions like Non-Competition Agreement, Salary Structure & Benefits, Roles & Responsibilities, Probationary Period listed in the offer are explained & clarified to the candidate. • The hard copy of the formal letter of appointment will be given to the candidate after joining.
