The terms of employment are as per the details contained in the Appointment letter. The company shall reserve the right to amend, alter, and change any or all the terms and conditions governing employment. The company will also be the sole judge of the meaning and interpretation of all or any of these terms and conditions and its decisions thereon shall be binding on all team members.
The employment contract is contract between the individual team member and the company and the terms of contract are individual to each team member. Hence the team member is expected not to share the terms of your contract with others, including your fellow Team Members.
