Non - Competition Joining Agreement All Team Members joining the Sales & Technical teams are required to sign the non-competition joining agreement. Ripple Group Invests considerable time, effort and monetary resources to train and equip our Team Members to enable them to provide professional quality services to our customers. In this dynamic market space the lure of competitor opportunities are omnipresent. To ensure a fair and equitable return on our investment on our Team Members we have this agreement in place. The key objective of the non-competition joining agreement is to ensure that the team member agrees that whatever confidential information, proprietary information, invention, copyright works, mask works, intellectual property rights, copyrights, patents, designs, lay out designs etc. which come to his/her knowledge during the course of training/employment with the Company, shall be the exclusive property of Ripple Group. Also The Team Member should undertake that in the event of his/her resigning/abandoning the services of Ripple Group, or his/her services being terminated by Ripple Group for whatever reason, the Team Member shall not accept any employment, consultancy, assignment, directly or indirectly with any Company or entity engaged in the business which is same, similar, ancillary or connected as that of Ripple Group.
